Tonight I will be eating a bowl of ice cream for dinner because after that..... it's on.
Tomorrow I'm going to the gym for the first time since September 19th.
They are going to kick my butt and I'm not even gonna lie, I'll probably cry while I'm there.
But this time I have no excuses.
I don't have stomach pain so I can't use that as an out anymore, and working out will help my anxiety. So saying "I can't go because I'm anxious" is a load of BS.
I'm ready to get in the best shape of my life.
I'm ready to feel better.
I'm ready to do something good for myself.
